Why You Need Immune Vitamins

In the blog post entitled, Immune Vitamins vs. Body Invaders Part 2 we talked briefly
about the wide variety of body invaders that are out to "get into it - your body." In the
blog post entitled Immune Vitamins in Mortal Combat you learned how your gateways
are entry points for body invaders. So now what?

We'll now look at what happens after body invaders enter one or more of your
gateways. How exactly does your body handle these devastators anyway?

Listed below are a few examples of how your immune system works and what it's
constantly doing automatically to combat the ever present invasion of body invaders.

Comprehending what's taking place will help you clearly "see" how crucial immune vitamins are ... so that your immune system continues this mortal combat for your life. I kid you not.

1 -  Inside your lungs there are tiny hairs that push pathogens up and out through your mouth.

2 -  Your lungs activate "The Sneeze" to propel foreign bodies out through your mouth
(so you've gotta be careful by covering your mouth when you sneeze, so that someone
else doesn't catch what you propel out!).

3 -  Your bodies cough mechanism also propels foreign bodies out through your mouth
(so once again, be sure to cover your mouth to protect everyone else).

4 -  Your tear ducts can be triggered to release tears as a vehicle for washing out
pathogens from your eyes  (like when you're lightly scratching your eye due an itch
after you shook someone's hand that had been sneezed into! Yikes!!).

5 -  Your mouth's saliva traps pathogens enabling you to spit them out (so, guess what? You've gotta watch out where you spit so that noone else gets exposed to it).

6 -  As you use your home or a public bathroom toilet to urinate, pathogens can be
washed out of your body.

7 -  There's a really sticky mucus inside your intestines that traps microorganisms so
they can be dumped out with the rest of your waste.

8 -  An acidic pH goo is used by your skin to keep bacteria from growing on it.

9 -  From out of your hair stems a substance is secreted which is used to keep bacteria and fungi in check.

10 -You know that runny, sticky stuff that comes out of your nose sometimes?
It contains an enzyme that attacks and destroys bacteria.

11 - Then, there's your stomach which is a literal bacteria and virus killing machine. It's able to do this with its super acidic secretions and enzymes.

12 - Last, in this list ... but by no means the least, are your "warrior" white blood cells.
They are constantly on the lookout for foreign "weirdo body invaders" in your body. It
doesn't really matter what they are or what you want to call them:

  • rouge molecules no
  • microbes no
  • bacteria no
  • viruses no
  • free radicals no
  • whatever else ... no

… any body invader that wants to mess you up by destroying the cells and living tissue within your vital organs. White blood cells are constantly on the alert working day and night, night and day, 24 by 7 making sure you are protected and keep on living the good life!

At this point you may be asking …

enlightened Can't my body simply produce or manufacture the vitamin nutrients needed for my immune system?

I'm glad you asked that because ... that's a very good question! .

The downright, plain and simply, honest answer is this …

"NO it CAN'T..."

We'll look at why this is, later ... so you'll get the whole picture.

Right now though, let me ask you something …

enlightened Can you drive your car 1,000's of miles without putting gas in the gas tank?

enlightened Can you use your computer without electrical power (AC outlet or DC battery)?

enlightened Can you get on the Internet without a computer, browser, and ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

Absolutely not!! The same is true for your immune system ... it needs an influx of energy ... daily. That energy supply comes from nutrients found within immune vitamins.

In closing, here are some questions to ask yourself …

Q1. Would you like the thought of being in pain or being swollen ... ?

Q2. How about the thought of feeling nauseated or dizzy ... ?

Q3. What about the thought having an icky bacteria eating the inside of your mouth ... ?

Sounds like a real dream, eh?

Yeah, right! Hardly ...

So, here's the deal ...

If you're planning on AND want to avoid these unpleasant, uncomfortable, and energy robbing experiences (of which there are 1,000's) ...

enlightened Y-O-U ... NEED to be taking immune system vitamins today!!

... not next week, next month, or when you 'get around to it' ... no

... Believe it or experience a lot of unnecessary ... dis-ease ... no

enlightened Y-O-U ... alone have the power AND the choice to choose LIFE !!

Remember ...

► get in a few minutes of exercise daily.

► get and stay hydrated: drink clean, mineral water & eat raw organic veggies.

► get in your 'quiet time' daily: ... this is your 'chill out' time to relax and rest.

Here's to your health and immune defense for life! heart
