Did you know that your immune system functions holistically within your body? That word may sound a little unusual, but ... it's actually quite interesting.
Basically, holistic means it works right along with every other "system" in your body. Think of your favorite sports team for example. It's on the field, kicking the other teams butt! That's ... what every persons immune system does ... as it works holistically ... along with every healthy system in their body.
Imagine an immune system as one gigantic sports team ... working as one - to kick butt. Who's butt? Well, that's what we're going to find out ...

Your lymphatic (pron: lim-fat-ik) system (within the immune system) obtains essential nutrients from immune vitamins you eat, drink, and absorb.
Just so that you're clear on exactly what it is ...
Your lymphatic system, is made up of your thymus, blood, spleen, and lymph nodes clusters (in your throat, armpits, intestines, and groin).
It's very much like an advanced military weapons system (with intelligence) that ...
- identifies
- marks
- attacks and
- destroys
... enemy body invaders that enter or try to enter your body.
Are you clear on that?
This system does NOT rely directly on your heart to perform its functions (e.g. moving lymph, dealing with invaders), as other organs in your body do.
Guess what your lymphatic system relies on ... ?

... the movement of your bodies muscles!!!
AND ... get this!
... it relies on the pressure of your own blood vessels!!!
Did you get that? Maybe you should read that again!
Kind of a funny thought ... maybe. But, when you think about it for a moment, it's r-e-a-l-l-y very cool!! A great real world example of how your body works holistically.
So what do you think your muscles rely on?
You already know I'm sure, so take a guess. They rely on YOU making a conscious decision to
- move around more,
- start dancing again,
- just start walking 20 minutes a day (easy greasy!).
Here's a complete picture:
- Regular exercise helps your muscles stay healthy & toned.

- Using muscles help your lymphatic system stay healthy.

- Your lymphatic system kicks all the butts of those body invaders.

That's just one example of how your taking immune vitamins regularly, powers your immune system to work holistically within your body.
Oh Yeah!!
Here's What's NEXT:
1. Discover what those creepy, body invaders really are and how they come knocking, screaming, and flying into your body - find out what you're up against. By the way, how exactly do those creepy little fella's get inside your body anyway? Humm? Do you REALLY what to know?
2. Find out what mechanisms your immune system uses to deal with the body invaders that actually get inside your body.
3. Uncover the secrets to winning the front line war in your own - mortal combat. Will you be the prey or the predator, the victim or the aggressor? Be there to find out!
4. Immune Vitamins Sabotage! Discover what you're doing (even now) to undermine your own immune system to create a merry-go-round of dis-ease.

Hi Toyota Tundra. Appreciate your additional research and input about Immune Vitamins Work Holistically. Would that more people like yourself would stop by and input their thoughts and suggestions. Thanks!!
Great Article, Thanks!
Vitamins are definitely very important,
People should also be aware not to buy anything without proper inquiry about product quality. There is a lot of marketing junk out there.
Hiya Mario. You’re absolutely right about the importance of taking time to find ‘quality’ products instead of looking for the best ‘quantity’ by looking at prices. And yes, many manufacture’s are selling nutritional nonsense and pushing junk. Thanks for your feedback. We’d like to hear more from you too …
Interesting post i totally agree with the comments above. Keep us posting
